We are the North Queensland Aboriginal people of the Nywaigi, Warrgamay, Gugu Badhun, Warungnu, Girramay, Gulnay, Bandjin, Djiru and Jirrbal tribal groups. Our traditional country ranges from the Mission Beach area in the north, to the Rollingstone area in the south, to Clarke River in the south-west, west to Mt Garnet and east to include the Hinchinbrook and Family group islands.

Our ancestors have been making these artefacts for thousands of years and we are proud to carry on this tradition to keep our ancient culture alive and strong.
